Description
You will learn to sculpt a 3-D teddy bear face using the needle felting process. The Snake Chain and Locket are highly polished, solid stainless steel and glass. After completion, you'll be able to wear and show off your personalized locket throughout the convention with the bear face on one side and charms on the other.
