Polar Celebration
Here we have a collaboration piece from Jo-an Gast of Jo-G Collectibles and Ruth Hare of Hares, Bears and More.
The Polar Bear by Jo-an Gast is 12" long and 6" high, made of imported white mohair. He has black glass eyes and is stuffed with poly stuffing. This scene represents one way that a polar bear relaxes. The bag with the hats and wild berries represents the idea of Father Christmas distributing Santa hats, as a gift, to all the polar bears.
The 13" Father Christmas style Santa by Ruth Hare is carrying an old brass lantern. His belt is leather and his beard is made of Cotswold wool. There are plastic pellets for weight in the bottom of the figure.
Vlad the Teddy Bat
Vlad is a 14" teddy vampire bat by KimBerly Dobstaff Sharrot of KimB Kreatures. He is made of black mohair and alpaca with hand-painted glass eyes.
